ApexVisualsLab provides all services on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our services integrate with third-party providers (including but not limited to DoorDash, Stripe, and Twilio). You acknowledge that ApexVisualsLab does not control these entities and is not responsible for their service outages, fee changes, or policy updates.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Late payments may result in the immediate suspension of the digital engine and all associated integrations. ApexVisualsLab reserves the right to adjust monthly pricing with a 30-day notice to the client.
ApexVisualsLab provides hardware recommendations and setup assistance only. Any hardware purchased remains the property of the client. All technical support for hardware defects or physical damage must be handled directly through the manufacturer's warranty.
The 'Apex Engine' framework, custom code, and design templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of ApexVisualsLab. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the engine for their specific business location only.
These terms are effective as of February 2026 and may be updated at any time. Continued use of ApexVisualsLab services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
